Cooper Dyson was a 2013 graduate from Cascade Christian High School. He was a 3 sport athlete, state champion, and was heavily involved in his community. Cooper followed his passion for serving others by joining the Pierce County Police department. On December 21, 2019, Cooper passed away in the line of duty. He is survived by his wife and 2 children.

Deputy Dyson dedicated his life to serving others. Our foundation is carrying on his legacy by creating the Deputy Dyson Memorial Scholarship to help underprivileged students get a Christian education. With the help of the Dyson family, the scholarship assists students who reflect the same disciplines and characteristics that defined Cooper as a person.
